Subscription and Payments
Free Tier
Our free tier provides limited access to platform features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.
Pro Tier
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $19/month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable.
User Content
Our platform allows you to submit prompts, upload projects, and share content. You retain all rights to your content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content on the platform.
You are responsible for the content you submit. You agree not to submit content that:
- Infringes on any intellectual property rights
- Contains malicious code or viruses
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Manus Mate:
- In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- To transmit spam, chain letters, or unsolicited communications
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, employees, or other users
- To engage in any automated use of the system
- To interfere with or circumvent security features
Intellectual Property
The platform and its original content (excluding user-submitted content), features, and functionality are owned by Manus Mate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
